2008 was the "Great Recession" and like many of you I was impacted. My time off between jobs allowed me to explore my passion for food. I began consuming literature on fine cuisine and was intrigued by food programs. My quest to create food with a personal touch and signature was born.

My cuisine combines an assortment of spices making each dish explode with unique flavors. Presentation matches the flavor; from potatoes, vegetables, fish and meats - my dishes are usually described as "The Highpoint of Every Event".

From intimate occasions to customizable catering groups ...... I provide a personal touch and service that underlines my passion for cooking.
